THE POWER OF UNITY IN BURUNDI AFRICA

H.E. President Pierre Nkurunziza with Ambassador Clyde Rivers working with his people

The major power of community in the Republic of Burundi Africa has united the Hutus and Tutsi tribes as a result of working side-by-side for years rebuilding their nation.

Ambassador Clyde Rivers commented, “As Ambassador at Large for the Republic of Burundi, I can tell you first hand that there is a unity in our nation due to the efforts of the people of this nation. The power of the transformation in Burundi has not taken place because of politics. It has taken place because of love. Politics can never heal a broken heart. It’s the love of God. You can never change a nation until you heal the broken heart of the people. In the Republic of Burundi Africa, the hearts of the people are now being healed. This great nation is on the way to the top. If you want to see a model of transformation, model yourself after the Republic of Burundi Africa. Only love can change us.”

Ambassador Clyde Rivers says, “It is a beautiful day when you see people working together to build their nation in peace ad harmony. This Community Works Day is the new model for national development and was created by President Pierre Nkurunziza.”

His Excellency Pierre Nkurunziza President of Burundi Teaches His Government Leadership

President Pierre Nkurunziza

The President of the Republic of Burundi Africa, Pierre Nkurunziza, spends two weeks a year putting together crusades to teach his country how to thank God for what they have achieved. At this time the president teaches the youth, his government leaders and the nation principles from God’s Word on leadership.

Ambassador Clyde Rivers says, “It is amazing to watch the president of a nation teach his nation the unchanging principles of the Bible. Explaining once they are followed their country is guaranteed success. The President gave examples of good and bad leaders in the Bible. He told his leadership they must have vision beyond their life. They must establish a foundation for the nation to live on for years.”
