Ambassador Rivers greets students at North Mecklenburg High School
Working with the
organization, Samaritans Feet has been a great experience. They are working to
help the Republic of Burundi Africa by putting shoes on the feet of the entire
population. Dr. Manny Ohomne, the Founder of Samaritans Feet, is looking to
revive his Young Ambassador Program to the youth of the world by working with
Ambassador Clyde Rivers, Ambassador at Large for the Republic of Burundi
Africa. Ambassador Rivers said, “North Mecklenburg High School is a great
starting place. I was impressed with the student body. They were excellent in
their questions and the quality of their students gives me hope for the world.
North Mecklenburg High School you are a light on a hill.” Ambassador Rivers goes on to say, “It’s a new
day for the youth leading the way in Samaritans Feet organization.”
